- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments, anything less than 24 hours notice is charged a cancellation fee.
- NO SHOWS - Please have consideration & don't be that person. At least let us know ahead of time if you're not going to make it to your appointment, then we can either try to fill the spot or do something else during that time. When you no show, your barber is sat there waiting, not knowing what happened & doesn't get paid for that time. If you no show us, there is a 100% charge for the appointment which you booked.
- Running late - Please let us know if you're running late, we do understand. However, if you're more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee that we can complete the service, so please be flexible in your expectations.
Please understanding that by booking an appointment, we're reserving/holding that spot in our calendar for YOU. We do understand that things happen but please be respectful & communicate to us! The Barber does not get paid if you book their time & don't make it to your appointment, please be respectful enough to pay the fees, thank you.
